  • What is The Subconscious or 'Higher Self'?
    Dolores’ Definition; The Subconscious that is contacted by the practitioners of her QHHT technique is the polar opposite to the subconscious referred to by psychologists and conventional medical professionals. During her early years as a hypnotherapist, Dolores became aware that through her unique technique of induction she was contacting and communicating with a portion of an individual’s consciousness that was indeed a part of them, yet lay far above the level of their conscious mind, which is the part of ourselves we are aware of and use to interact with others on a personal level. The Subconscious is a suitable label given the context of Dolores’ work; however, religions and spiritual teachers alike have attempted to identify and label this larger part of ourselves throughout history using a variety of different labels: the Higher Self, the Oversoul, Christ Consciousness, Higher Consciousness, the Universal Mind and Oneness. The Subconscious has stated to Dolores that it does not care what we call it. It simply Is, and is willing to work with those with a pure heart and true intent.

What is Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)?

The process uses hypnosis to visit the "most appropriate" time(s) in your past that has had an impact on your current life. This might be part of your past in this lifetime, a past lifetime or parallel life. The process then goes on to call in your "Higher Self or Subconscious."

Some people prefer to use terms like God, Oversoul, Christ Consciousness, etc. I will use the term that works best for you. This is the part of you that will often intervene in daily life - for example you may hear, 'turn left now' which was not your own thought but ultimately helps you avoid a collision, etc.

 

What You Need to Bring:

You'll come to the appointment with a list of questions that we'll go over before the hypnosis begins, so I understand exactly what you're looking to have answered in the session.

 

The QHHT Process

  • The QHHT Session Process includes a visit to a scene(s) from the past, either in this life or a past life (decided by the subconscious)
  • Calling in of the Subconscious (Higher Self. oversoul - whatever term you prefer)
  • Asking the Higher Self about the scenes we just saw and how they’re relevant to your current life
  • Asking the Higher self about the questions you have brought with you
  • A Body Scan to review any physical health conditions that may be present if requested (this may involve learning why they exist and may even include spontaneous healing)
  • Closing of the session and a de-brief
  • You will receive a recording of the hypnosis part of your session, so you can continue to review and learn from the information that was revealed.

 

How Long Will The Session Take, What is the Cost and What Forms of Payment are Accepted?

The entire process typically takes 3-5 hours depending on the client.
Some people don’t remember anything while under hypnosis, so the post-hypnosis review will run a little longer in those cases. Some people remember almost all of the session, it varies by client.

What Kind of Questions Should I Ask?

You can ask anything you want - there is nothing 'off limits' however, some clients are advised by the subconscious that it is not 'appropriate for them to know the answer at this time.

Because there is a lot to get through in the hypnosis part of the session, it’s best to prioritize your questions from the most important to the least, that way if time runs out you will have gotten the answers in which you’re most interested.

 

Sample QHHT questions people might ask:

  • What is my life's purpose?
  • Am I in the right relationship for me?
  • Will I find a long-term partner in the future?
  • Have I lived a past life with my partner/friend/child?
  • What is the right job for me?
  • What can I do to manifest more income/health/love in my life?
  • Is there something blocking abundance for me?
  • Why did I experience the loss of a loved one, pet etc?
  • I want to be a writer/artist/musician but can’t get myself to do it, why is that and what can I do to break through my blocks?
  • Why am I experiencing ____ (illness or pain)?
  • What is the best diet for me?
  • Why do I have an addiction to ___? Can you help me overcome it?
  • I had an intense dream or experience, what did that mean?
  • Why did I experience abuse in my childhood?



How many questions can I ask?
Only time limits the number of questions you can ask. The average number of people bring to a full session is between 10 and 30. Feel free to add your lower-priority questions to the end of your list, and we’ll get to them if time allows.


What if I can’t get hypnotized enough for QHHT to work?

It’s common for clients to worry that they can’t be hypnotized or won’t get deep enough to experience a QHHT session. While it’s true that people have different aptitudes for experiencing a trance state, we all experience hypnosis.
Have you ever been on a long drive or commute you know well and arrived at your destination without noticing half the landmarks you passed? Maybe you know the drive took half an hour, but it only felt like 20 minutes. These are signs of light hypnosis. Hypnosis is a state of focus. It doesn’t mean you will necessarily be so deep that you wouldn’t notice an earthquake if one happened.
Most people feel relaxed and have less mental chatter while under hypnosis, but the way it feels for each person will vary.


Can I 'Test' Myself to Determine If I Can Be Hypnotized?

A good practice is to simply close your eyes and try:

  • Can you describe the front of your house?
  • Can you describe the inside of your car?
  • Can you describe what your pet looks like? How their fur or skin feels?


If so, then you can likely be hypnotized. HOWEVER, if you come to a session with the mindset than you cannot be hypnotized, then that belief will often dictate the success of your session. Don't waste your time or money if you are not open to this experience. 

Helpful hints for your QHHT session:

  • Have a curious mind.
  • Allow yourself to play a game of trusting the first image, thought, or impression that comes to mind.
  • If you can do that - before you know it, the flow of intuitive information will open wide, and you’ll be on your way!
  • Intuitive information can feel like your own thoughts, knowing this helps you get comfortable before your session


What do I need to do to prepare for my session?

  • Be sure to bring your questions
  • Relax and try to be in a calm state on the day of your session
  • Eat a light meal an hour or two before you arrive, nothing heavy
  • Bring a snack with you for after the session
  • Avoid caffeine the day of the session
  • If you are attending a virtual session, have your phone or laptop fully charged, headphones and a sleep mask available
  • You will need to be lying down in a quiet area, preferably in a space where you can adjust the lighting to low
