Your Quantum Journey Client Waiver

I acknowledge that Misti Drew is neither a trained psychologist or a medical doctor. For a QHHT session, the client hereby agrees and requests to be hypnotized and acknowledges that hypnosis is a potentially powerful mental and physical regulating tool. The client understands that personal results will vary and there are no expressed or implied guarantees or warranties of results. For all other sessions, including Integrated Energy Therapy, the client understands that moving energy through the body can create subtle discomforts and is advised to see a medical professional if any serious discomfort arises following a session. Medical advice will not be given by Misti Drew.  The client is fully informed of the nature and usefulness of QHHT. Further, the client is aware that QHHT is spiritually based in nature and any information that comes through is coming from their Soul (aka: Higher Self, Subconscious, Oversoul, Higher Conscious, Christ Conscious, etc.). If the client gets information from their Soul regarding any changes in their health protocol, the client takes full responsibility and will take it upon themselves to consult their healthcare provider if the client deems necessary after their QHHT or IET session.    SESSION RECORDING All personal services are recorded at no charge, as a free service to the client. Your Quantum Journey/Misti Drew does not guarantee that the recording will be audible, fully intact, or usable.  Your Quantum Journey will not be responsible, nor issue a refund, for non-recording, defective, or damaged recordings.  Further, the client gives permission for Misti Drew to use generic session descriptions (no names or other identifying information) in print and/or discussion. Misti Drew guarantees if she uses the information in print or discussion it will not be used in conjunction with the client’s name or personal information without further written permission from the client.  METHODS USED Misti Drew employs hypnotherapy, her intuitive abilities, and spiritual coaching techniques to facilitate the client’s quest for self-improvement. Specific techniques may include Body Relaxation, Directed Meditation, Spiritual Psychology, Past-Life Regression, Behavior Modification, and/or Psychic Insight.  Misti is certified through Delores Cannon's technique of Quantum Healing Hypnosis and certified through the Integrated Energy Technique as a level III practitioner, which gives her the ability to utilize the process to assist the client in letting go, releasing, and changing old thought patterns and habits so they can generate health, well-being, and strengthen their connection to their guides/angels who are here to help them.  DISCLAIMER - HOW TO SIGN  When you book your session you will be asked to complete this form.
